Ranch Hands!

Twice we got to visit the M-bar-C ranch on Whidbey Island.  Once James and I went with a small group from the King County ARC, and once we all went with a large group from the Down Syndrome Community.

Concrete!

We busted up part of our uneven back deck with a jackhammer this summer, replacing it with mulch.  Very loud, very hard work, but satisfying.

As a “birthday present” to Sharon, we adopted Cami, a 5-year-old golden lab mix, from WAIF, the animal shelter on Whidbey Island.
